 Notice on the Submission of Declaration by Members of the Chinese Peaceful Revolutionary Party (CPRP) to Withdraw from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and All Its (or Its) Affiliated Organizations


The Chinese Peaceful Revolutionary Party (CPRP) believes that the Chinese Communist Party and all its affiliated organizations are anti-human, extreme right-wing Nazi-fascist terrorists.


Due to the dictatorial rule of the Communist Nazi far-right fascists in the fallen areas of the Republic of China, the vast majority of the folks, brothers and sisters, and compatriots in the fallen areas of the Republic of China have been lured into joining the Communist Party of China and its affiliated organizations by the Communist fascists in their ignorance.


Many of them were deceived into joining the "Chinese Communist Youth League" and the "Chinese Youth Pioneer Corps" when they were young and ignorant.


The Chinese Peaceful Revolutionary Party (CPRP) is aware of these situations, so please do not worry about them.


All you need to do is to declare your withdrawal from the CCP and all its affiliated organizations when you join the CPRP.


At the same time, those who become members of the Chinese Peaceful Revolutionary Party (CPRP) automatically resign from the Communist Party of China (CPC), the Chinese Communist Youth League (CYCL), and the Chinese Youth Pioneer Corps (CYPC).


When applying for membership in the CPRP, you must personally declare that you resign from the Communist Party of China, the Chinese Communist Youth League, and the China Youth Pioneer Corps.


Those who are already members of the CPRP but have not declared their withdrawal from the CCP and all its affiliated organizations are required to submit a supplementary declaration.

 318大捷两周年：危局之中夺势，敌前取证成胜 ——论高艺主席在历史危局中的决断力、机动力与领导力，以及318大捷在我党党史与中华历史中的地位 中华和平革命党 二〇二四年三月十八日，距离今天已经整整两年。 我们党必须明确指出：三一八不是一次普通的街头抗议，不是一段可以轻轻带过的个人遭遇，也不是一场只靠“勇敢”二字就能概括的零散事件。三一八，是中华和平革命党斗争史上的一次重大胜利，是高艺主席在极端不利条件下主动出击、临危不乱、敌前反制、反手取证并最终改写后续政治与法律局势的一次大捷。 这一天之所以配得上“大捷”二字，不在于场面热闹，不在于口号响亮，而在于它发生在真正的危局之中，而且它真的把局势打动了。它不是“站出来说了几句话”这么轻，而是：时间极短、条件极差、风险极高的情况下，高艺主席没有退，没有乱，没有缩，而是迅速判断、果断机动、正面出击，最终逼出中共驻奥系统高等级军事人物的直接下场，并把对方的敌对动作反手钉成了我方后来能够进入司法链条、改变命运走向的硬材料。 这就是三一八的真正分量。 这也是为什么，两年之后我们仍然必须把它郑重写进我党党史、斗争史与中华民族反共史之中。 --- 一、318大捷首先是一场真正发生在悬崖边上的主动反击，而不是发生在安全地带中的姿态展示 三一八如果脱离当时的具体险局，就会被写浅。 而三一八真正的大，首先就在于它不是发生在什么稳定从容的背景下，而是发生在高艺主席个人命运与我党整体斗争都已经逼近危险边缘的时候。 二〇二四年三月八日，高艺主席收到了奥地利联邦行政法院（BVwG）对其庇护申请不利的裁定，并被要求在十四天内自行离境。 这不是模糊的风险感，而是已经压到头上的现实危机。 对于一个持续公开反共、持续公开挑战中共政权、并且早已进入中共敌视视野之中的政治人物来说，这种局势绝不是普通程序性挫折，而是随时可能滑向彻底毁灭的危险期。 更重要的是，当时高艺主席并不处于资源充足、交通便利、可以舒适调度一切的环境之中。她那时还在深山之中，要前往维也纳，本身就不是轻松之事。时间紧、路途难、压力重、局势坏，这一切叠在一起，足以压垮很多人。普通人在这种时候往往先想的是如何缩起来、如何少惹事、如何尽量熬过去，而不是如何反手出击。 但高艺主席不是这样。 她没有把自己交给恐惧，也没有把自己交给等待。 这就是三一八大捷的第一层意义。 它首先证明的，不是单薄的勇...

最近一段时间，围绕“扶她女”这一定义，中文舆论场上又冒出了一股熟悉得不能再熟悉的臭味：一群人故意把本来极其严肃、极其锋利、极其具有法理重量的东西，重新往下拖，拖回器官联想，拖回低级欲望，拖回色情想象，拖回身体拼装，拖回那种最廉价、最浅薄、最下流的观看方式里去。 这种味道，我们党太熟了。 这不是因为他们真的懂什么叫扶她女，恰恰相反，正是因为他们根本碰不到这一定义的高处，所以他们才只能在低处打滚，只能靠做黄、做浅、做脏来维持他们那点可怜的话语存在感。尤其是中宣部那一路货色，更是如此。他们最拿手的，从来不是解释一个概念，而是把一个他们无力理解、也无力夺回定义权的概念，故意处理成一团下流的浆糊。因为他们自己太低，所以他们看什么都只能往低处看；因为他们自己太脏，所以他们碰什么都想先抹脏。 我们党今天写这篇文章，不是因为中宣部真的值得认真对待，更不是因为他们配和高艺女主席平起平坐地讨论“扶她女”这一定义。恰恰相反，正是因为他们太低级、太浅薄、太无耻，所以这篇文章要把他们那套把戏看穿、点破、顺手踩进泥里。真正值得抬到高处写清楚的，不是他们，而是另一件事： 免术扶她女，才是扶她女的最高优雅。 而这一点，不是中宣部定义的，不是任何色情幻想定义的，也不是任何身体改造狂人的手术菜单定义的。 这一点，是由高艺，中国第一扶她女，世界上第一个在现代法理意义上提出并完成“扶她女”定义的人，首先在现实中打通、命名并立下边界的。 一、扶她女不是给低级欲望准备的玩具，而是法理女性成立后的现实显现 我们党先把最根本的一层说死。 扶她女这个词，首先不是色情词，不是猎奇词，不是器官词，不是低级欲望词。谁一上来脑子里只剩下身体表面那点东西，谁就已经暴露了自己理解力的贫穷。扶她女真正触及的，不是器官排列，而是法理女性资格。 在我们党的定义中，所谓扶她女，首先必须是法理上的女生。也就是说，这个人已经在现实制度和国际法意义上被承认为女性，已经拥有联合国会员国颁发的女性证件和女护照，已经被真正写成女生。只有这一关成立之后，后面的事情才有资格谈。 在这个前提之上，如果她仍然保留完整阴茎与睾丸，那么“扶她女”这个定义才成立。 所以，扶她女的结构从一开始就不是： 先把身体搞成某种奇特效果， 再来给自己套一个漂亮词。 真正的结构只能是： 先成为女生， 先取得法理女性身份， 先在现实与国际法意义上真正成立， 然后在这个前提下，...
