根据《关于召开中华和平革命党（CPRP）第一次党员大会组委会扩大会议第七次会议的通知》和最新情况，现通知于：南京时间，2023年8月20日（中華民國，南京時間：民國112年8月20日）开始召开中华和平革命党（CPRP）第一次党员大会第三次全体会议特别会议（中华和革一大三全特别会议）。


一、本次会议主要为审议草拟稿《中华和平革命党（CPRP）第一次党员大会第三次全体会议特别会议决议》。

《中华和平革命党（CPRP）第一次党员大会第三次全体会议特别会议决议》


中华和平革命党（CPRP）Chinese Peaceful Revolutionary Party 严肃谴责并强烈抗议欧盟某国政府行政部门在2023年2月发出通知称要将中华和平革命党（CPRP）党主席高艺女士遣返回中国（China）的决定。


毫无疑问也无需多言，欧盟某国政府行政部门的决定违反《欧洲保障人权和基本自由公约》。该国错误的遣返指令将使我中华和平革命党（CPRP）党主席高艺女士面临来自中共法西斯及其伪政府的酷刑和虐待，该错误遣返指令令高艺女士面临来自中共法西斯及其伪政府的生命危险，该错误遣返指令危及高艺女士的生命。


欧盟某国政府行政部门遣返我中华和平革命党（CPRP）党主席高艺女士，无疑等同于欧盟某国参与了对高艺女士进行的变相处决，如果我中华和平革命党（CPRP）党主席高艺女士因欧盟某国错误的遣返指令出现任何意外或死亡，那么欧盟某国就是帮助中共法西斯杀害高艺女士的同谋和侩子手，该欧盟某国必须为中华和平革命党（CPRP）党主席高艺因该错误遣返指令出现的任何意外或死亡负全部责任。


如果欧盟某国继续执行对我党主席高艺女士遣返中国（China）的错误指令，由于该错误遣返指令显而易见将会造成我党主席高艺女士遭受中共法西斯及其伪政府的酷刑和杀害。那么中华和平革命党（CPRP）将公开该欧盟国家名称，并在更广泛的层面上寻求国际支持和帮助。

Resolution of the Special Session of the Third Plenary Meeting of the First Party Congress of the Chinese Peaceful Revolutionary Party (CPRP)


The Chinese Peaceful Revolutionary Party (CPRP) seriously condemns and strongly protests the decision of the executive branch of the government of a certain country in the European Union, which issued a notice in February 2023 that it would repatriate Ms. Gao Yi, Chairwoman of the Chinese Peaceful Revolutionary Party (CPRP), to China.

The repatriation of Ms. Gao Yi, the Chairperson of the Chinese Peaceful Revolutionary Party (CPRP), by the executive branch of the Government of a certain country of the European Union is undoubtedly tantamount to the participation of a certain country of the European Union in the execution of Ms. Gao Yi in disguise. 和革社 8 月 10 日欧洲讯   今天我们有幸采访高艺主席，她是中华和平革命党（ CPRP ）的创建者。   和革社：高艺主席您好，自从您在 2025 年 3 月之后提出自己是扶她女这一概念之后，很多中国人很感兴趣，无论是朋友还是敌人，所有人都知道他们又一次在您身上见证了历史，您说您是中华有史以来第一个扶她女，请给读者讲讲您的心路历程和这一“史上第一”的缘起和意义。   高艺：其实我对这方面的讲解不感兴趣，因为说不说我都是中华有史以来第一个扶她女，今天讲一下呢，主要是给历史留一个交代，也算是我的一点点打发时间的娱乐吧。我提出中华扶她女民族族群概念，首次让中共宣传部感受到了某种挫败感。   我做扶她女，其实也不是很早，大概是今年 3 月份我的女证被奥地利行政部门批准之后，也就是我成为法理女性之后，我才开始想到我的属性恰恰是“扶她 futanari ”，因为我的性别是女性了，而又拥有阴茎睾丸。很明显这是很特殊的属性，那时我还没有意识到我走入了一条没有中国人走过的路。扶她在之前人们的认识中，往往以一种色情化的方式出现，在那种虚构的漫画中，但在我的定义中，扶她女第一次以一种严肃的法律表现形式被确定，那就是我在中国历史进程中，我首次明确提出：扶她女是拥有完整阴茎睾丸的、国际法承认的女性。中华扶她女是上述概念里的中国人。扶她女是跨娘（跨性别女性）的一个极其小众的分支，中华扶她女民族族群是具有自身鲜明女性特点的且独立的法理女性民族族群。   其实在之前很久的一段时间，我都是认为自己是女性的，当然我现在更是法理女性，变成了更为独特的扶她女，之前我也是把变性手术和隆胸手术作为我的目标的，我曾经在刚来奥地利的时候说过，我想同时拥有男性的阴茎和女性的乳房，其实我也解释过，那是因为在中国时，我觉得隆胸手术更容易实现，所以我打算先隆胸，之后再变性手术，也就是刚来奥地利的时候，我只是想先隆胸，而没有变性手术的具体计划，因为在中国进行变性手术条件不允许。后来大概是 2022 年我才清楚了奥地利变性手术是医保支持的，那个时候我决定要进行变性手术，也就是说很长很长一段时间我是非常想变成完全意义上的女性的，从 2024 年下半年开始我就在奥地利医疗系统里折腾，这个时候我没有想别的，我只是想要雌激素和抗雄。我去...
