CPRP News Service Interview with Gao Yi: 18 Years - Chinese Transgender Women's Ethnic Groups, 2008-2025 Rite of Passage (Transgender Chairwoman of the Chinese Peaceful Revolutionary Party (CPRP)), Part I.
CPRP News Service Europe: The history of the Chinese transgender women's ethnic group is an important revolutionary experience in the history of the Chinese Peaceful Revolutionary Party (CPRP), and in this regard, we are interviewing the chairwoman, Gao Yi, to find out more about it.
CPRP News Service: When did Chairwoman Gao Yi first come across concepts related to the Chinese transgender women's ethnic group?
Gao Yi: It was around 2008, when our home was connected to the Internet, and I was curious to search the Internet for topics such as “transgender,” “gender reassignment surgery,” “transgender,” and so on. and so on. At that time, I was very curious, and I was not sure what gender I was. Then, as far as I can remember, it was around 2008-2009 and 2010 that I first saw a post on the internet about “China's first pseudo-maiden”, in which the person in the post was obviously a cute girl, but the note said that she was a boy, and I realized for the first time that boys can be so cute. (However, when I checked it again in 2025, I found out that the model said she was a girl, and that those on the internet who said she was a pseudo-model were wrong, which led to her quitting modeling after her self-confidence was shattered.)
So these memories are the first memories of the Chinese Peaceful Revolutionary Party (CPRP), which I lead, awakening the Chinese transgender women's ethnic group. In terms of the evolution of our history, the Chinese transgender women's ethnic group has been in existence since 2008. Therefore, the Chinese transgender women's ethnic group is like a fetus, and I am the one who first proposed this concept, and I am the mother of the Chinese transgender women's ethnic group, which makes up for the fact that I can't give birth to a man's child.
At the beginning of 2025, I introduced the “Chinese Transgender Women's Ethnicity” as the first person in the world to introduce the concept of ethnicity in the context of transgender women, and I creatively introduced Chinese transgender women as an ethnicity, and the 57th ethnicity in the Chinese nation. This is far ahead and unique among sexual minority (LGBTQI+) movements around the world, so I say that under the leadership of our Chinese Peaceful Revolutionary Party (CPRP), the Chinese transgender women's ethnic group liberation cause is the first in the world. What happens in China, in our China, should be done according to China's way, we have to stick to our own strategy in the sexual minority (LGBTQI+) movement, be firm in our our own position, and firmly believe in our own great revolutionary ability, to walk our We must follow our own Chinese path for the liberation of the Chinese sexual minorities (LGBTQI+). In this regard, our Chinese transgender women's ethnic group has set an example for sexual minorities (LGBTQI+) in China and around the world.
We have earned for ourselves the honor that belongs to us, not as a gift from anyone, but as our innate strength. This year is the 18th year of our Chinese Transgender Ethnic Group's history, and it just happens to be a Bat Mitzvah, so I would like to congratulate the Chinese Transgender Ethnic Group for enjoying this historic moment of honor.
CPRP News Service: Congratulations to the Chinese Transgender Women's Ethnic Group! Thank you very much, Ms. Gao Yi, for the interview, and we'll be back with you next time.
