Februar 2025 habe ich in Österreich Asyl erhalten. Für das System war das einfach das Ende eines Verfahrens. Für mich war es das erste Mal, dass sich die Waage zwischen Leben und Vernichtung klar auf meine Seite neigte. In front of the China Embassy in Austria, President Gao Yi demanded that the CCP colonial regime lay down its arms and surrender to the Chinese Peaceful Revolutionary Party (CPRP), and that the CCP colonial government return to the Chinese people all the benefits it has taken from them! 武汉天街杀人案是针对跨性别女性的仇恨犯罪吗？

在上一篇《武汉天街杀人案初步探究，死者到底是不是跨性别女性？》，我已经明确讲明，受害人确定为跨性别女性，此篇为该系列的第二篇，具体来分析一下，这起案件是否是针对跨性别女性的仇恨犯罪。   由于现场图片和资讯很少，我们仅用唯一的一张现场图片做出分析，图片请自行搜索查看，我这里仅作分析，在该图片上，一名疑似女性形态的人侧躺在地面上，上衣已经完全失踪，双臂呈现交叉状放在前胸前，遮住胸部，深色裤子脱落到膝盖上方（也有观点认为是深色的过膝长筒靴，我更倾向认为是裤子，因为餐厅员工不可能穿过膝长筒靴上班，其次是，如果是过膝长筒靴，那受害者应该穿的是裙子或大号风衣，受害者不可能只穿内裤和过膝长筒靴上班，因为餐饮业上班会穿着公司服装，所以排除大号风衣，而且图片上深色的地方有多处褶皱，如果是过膝长筒靴，不可能有这么多褶皱，在我的印象里，过膝长筒靴都是很平直的，所以我排除了受害者穿着过膝长筒靴和裙子（排除了过膝长筒靴，就基本上确定为穿着裤子上班，就自然排除了穿裙子上班）或大号风衣上班的情况，餐饮业上班基本上会穿着统一的服装。我认为受害者遇害时上衣穿着公司工作服，下身穿着深色裤子，鞋子为普通鞋子，留长发，或化淡妆。我更倾向于认为深色区域为被拉扯到膝盖处的是裤子。 同时我们要注意， 在争执中，上衣是最容易被拉扯攻击的地方，而裤子比较不容易在争执中成为攻击目标和被完全扯掉。其中最重要的因素就是餐饮业不可能允许员工穿过膝长筒靴上班），受害者 浅色内裤未脱落，受害者身后疑似有两处血迹（但也有可能是属于类似广告牌的长方形物品）。   此处总结，上衣失踪，下身裤子脱落到膝盖上方，内裤未脱落。   接下来我们来分析这起案件的性质，如果不是对跨性别女性的仇恨犯罪，那么就是随机的杀人案，也就是说无论你是男性还是女性或是跨性别，只要你遇见这个人，你就会被杀，只不过现在刚好是跨性别女性遇到了，所以跨性别女性死了，并不涉及针对跨性别女性的仇恨犯罪。   那这里我们来分析分析作案地点，如果说是随机杀人，为什么在厕所随机杀人，餐厅商场那么大，如果说是作案者为了报复社会，那么不可能就选择在厕所报复社会，厕所不是一个报复社会的最佳场合，而且不可能仅仅只杀一个人。   其次在厕所里选择的作案对象，无论作案者在男厕所还是女厕所作案，最重要...
