我在2021年6月既有初衷于中共百年之际创建一中国革命党推翻中共之独裁侵华伪政权，恢复我中华之国家、国格与国民精神，延续我中华民族之反帝反侵略、要求国家和民族独立民主富强自由之行动，扛担我中华革命先烈无畏牺牲杀身成仁舍生取义之勇气，开启中华未来和平繁荣之图景，启迪人类未来文明发展之革新。立时即在中共统治的中国沦陷区开启创党建党之准备工作，截至2021年9月8日，党名、党徽、党旗、党纲、党章之相关文件，皆已粗成，我定党名为中华和平革命党（CPRP），彼时我26岁。
In June 2021, I conceived the founding of a Chinese revolutionary party to
overthrow the CCP's dictatorial, pseudo-government invading China. This aims to
restore our nation's sovereignty, dignity, and national spirit, perpetuate our
Chinese people's anti-imperialist and anti-aggression legacy, and uphold our
nation's pursuit of independence, democracy, prosperity, and freedom. We shall
carry forward the courage of our revolutionary martyrs who fearlessly
sacrificed their lives for righteousness and justice. to usher in a vision of
China's peaceful and prosperous future, and to inspire innovation in the
development of human civilization. Immediately thereafter, preparatory work for
establishing the party commenced within the occupied territories of China under
CCP rule. By September 8, 2021, the party name, emblem, flag, program, and
constitution had all been drafted. I named the party the Chinese Peaceful
Revolutionary Party (CPRP). At that time, I was 26 years old.
往事历历至今已四年，回首再看那段光华岁月，不免心生万千感慨，我想到一句话，时势造英雄，人的命运与历史大势真的息息相关，我想按时间顺序总结一下这创建中华和平革命党四年来我认为重要的成就与挫折：
Four years have passed since those
events unfolded, and looking back on that glorious period now, I cannot help
but feel a flood of emotions. A saying comes to mind: “Great times produce
great men.” Indeed, human destiny is inextricably linked to the tide of
history. I wish to chronologically summarize what I consider the significant
achievements and setbacks over these four years since founding the Chinese
Peaceful Revolution Party:
1、 中华和平革命党（CPRP）的建立是中华历史上首次依据《中華民國憲法》第十四条依法在中共侵占的中华民国沦陷区创建的合法的政党。我们政党的合法性直接来自于《中華民國憲法》。
2、 中华和平革命党（CPRP）是中华民族有史以来第一个LBGTQI+政党，这显示在党的党旗党徽上鲜明的彩虹旗元素。
3、 我高艺，作为中华和平革命党（CPRP）主席，对COVID-19病毒的起源和演化做出过详细的精彩论述。
4、 中共是苏俄侵华的傀儡伪政权这种论述，实际上是我自己综合历史感观自己想出来的，当然之后我看到早在上个世纪40年代末期就已经有人提出了，那都是后话。
5、 中华历史上我首次提出并完善：中华和平革命，并发展相关概念，提出和平革命的八字政纲——自由、民主、科学、宪政，践行和平革命理念。
1. The establishment of the Chinese
Peaceful Revolutionary Party (CPRP) marks the first time in Chinese history
that a legitimate political party has been legally founded in the occupied
territories of the Republic of China under Article 14 of the Constitution of
the Republic of China. Our party's legitimacy derives directly from the
Constitution of the Republic of China.
2. The
Chinese Peaceful Revolutionary Party (CPRP) is the first LGBTQI+ political
party in the history of the Chinese nation, as evidenced by the prominent
rainbow flag elements featured on its party flag and emblem.
3.
As Chairwoman of the Chinese Peaceful Revolutionary Party (CPRP), I, Gao
Yi, have presented detailed and compelling analyses regarding the origin and
evolution of the COVID-19 virus.
4. The
assertion that the Chinese Communist Party is a puppet regime of Soviet Russia
invading China is, in fact, my own synthesis based on historical perception. Of
course, I later discovered that this view had already been proposed as early as
the late 1940s, but that is another story.

I am the first in Chinese history to propose and refine the concept of
the Chinese Peaceful Revolution, developing related ideas and formulating the
eight-character political platform of the Peaceful Revolution—Freedom,
Democracy, Science, Constitutional Government—to put the principles of peaceful
revolution into practice.
6、 中华历史上我首次提出：中华民族的民族解放革命，并对此概念深入阐述和发展。
7、 对新旧殖民主义双拳出击，旧殖民主义是以中共为代表的俄国侵华势力，而新殖民主义则以现代反华势力为代表的远东军国主义和欧美孤立主义。
8、 提出：中华民国（中国台湾）新定语。
9、 就中国内政问题提出打击新殖民主义在中华民国（中国台湾）的代理人即新汪精卫集团。

就中国台湾新汪精卫集团一边在欧美发展代理团伙支持孤立主义、霸权主义和新纳粹主义，并一边在中华民国（中国台湾）支持自由主义的一部分性少数（LGBTQI+）群体的政治选票操弄和精致汉奸主义的两面派黑白脸无耻做派进行抵制，不予理睬、不予接触、不予沟通。
6. For the first time in Chinese history, I proposed the concept of the National Liberation Revolution of the Chinese Nation and elaborated upon and developed this concept in depth.

We must strike at both old and new colonialism. Old colonialism is
represented by the Russian puppet regime invading China, embodied by the
Chinese Communist Party's pseudo-government. New colonialism is represented by
modern anti-China forces, embodied by Far Eastern militarism and Western
isolationism.
8. I
proposed the new modifier: the Republic of China (Taiwan, China).

Regarding China's internal affairs, I advocated striking against the
agents of neo-colonialism within the Republic of China (Taiwan, China)—namely,
the new Wang Jingwei faction.
10. Regarding
the New Wang Jingwei Group in Taiwan, China: Resist their dual-faced, shameless
tactics of simultaneously developing proxy groups in Europe and America to
support isolationism, hegemony, and neo-Nazism, while manipulating the
political votes of certain liberal sexual minority (LGBTQI+) groups within the
Republic of China (Taiwan, China) to promote a refined form of traitorous
behavior. Ignore them, no contact, and no communication.

成立针对中华民国（中国台湾）的524事变调查组，为中国人守住了最后的国格。

就民族问题提出：中华民主一体，是概念创新。

我主导中华和平革命党（CPRP）依据《中華民國憲法》向中华民族解放革命根据地中央（CCNLR）授权，使中华民族解放革命根据地中央（CCNLR）具有宪法合法性，并使中华民族解放革命根据地中央（CCNLR）遵依《中華民國憲法》开展工作，是对我国宪法在特殊时期的一次前无古人的大胆的创新运用，收到了良好的现实效果，促进了我国宪法在来自沦陷区人民的政治中的实践和落地。

在2021年11月1日至2025年2月28日期间，经历先后经历奥地利警方的2次问话、奥地利BFA的3次问话，拒绝我难民申请并要遣返我回中国，奥地利BVwG的3次上诉庭审和一次精神鉴定（鉴定出我有创伤后应激障碍），同样拒绝我难民申请并要遣返我回中国，在2024年4月16日被奥地利警方逮捕关押并被奥地利预定了4月17日中午13点将我遣返回中国上海的行程和机票，在2024年4月17日凌晨我在心理崩溃的时候自杀未遂，人格崩溃。

my four years abroad, I did not spend a single penny of my parents' money nor
accept any funds from political sources.
12.
Established the May 24 Incident Investigation Team targeting the
Republic of China (Taiwan, China), safeguarding the last vestiges of national
dignity for the Chinese people.
13. Proposed
on ethnic issues: “Chinese democracy as a unified whole” represents a
conceptual innovation.
14. I led the
Chinese Peaceful Revolution Party (CPRP) in authorizing the Central of the
Chinese National Liberation Revolutionary Base (CCNLR) under the Constitution
of the Republic of China. This granted the CCNLR constitutional legitimacy and
ensured its operations adhered to the Constitution of the Republic of China.
This unprecedented bold application of our Constitution during extraordinary
times This approach has yielded positive practical results, advancing the
implementation and grounding of our Constitution within the political landscape
of the people from the occupied territories.
15. Between November 1, 2021, and February 28, 2025,
I underwent two interrogations by Austrian police and three interrogations by
the Austrian Federal Office for Migration and Asylum (BFA). My refugee
application was denied, and I was ordered to be deported back to China. I
participated in three appeal hearings at the Austrian Administrative Court
(BVwG) and underwent one psychiatric evaluation (which diagnosed me with
post-traumatic stress disorder). which also denied my asylum application and
ordered my deportation back to China. On April 16, 2024, I was arrested and
detained by Austrian police. Austria scheduled my deportation flight to
Shanghai, China, departing at 1:00 PM on April 17, 2024, with tickets already
booked. In the early hours of April 17, 2024, during a psychological breakdown,
I attempted suicide but failed, experiencing a complete collapse of my
personality.

奥地利VfGH宪法法院接受我对奥地利BVwG法庭遣返我决定的上诉，并给与我法律援助，这促成我在被遣返的最后3个小时（2024年4月17日上午10点左右）被奥地利警方释放。直到2024年9月26日我收到奥地利VfGH宪法法院在2024年9月16日对我的支持判决，奥地利VfGH宪法法院的该判决中全数裁销了奥地利BVwG法庭的错误判决。

我于2025年2月28日收到了奥地利BVwG法庭确定了我的难民身份的判决。

Ethnic Group）和中华民族第58个民族——中华扶她女民族（The Chinese Futanari Female Ethnic Group），并要求中华民族解放革命根据地中央（CCNLR）对这两个民族的存在、权力和独立民族性进行调查、赋予、承认并正名。并要在中国人内落实免术换证政策（不需要变性手术即可改变性别）。

我的名字和中华和平革命党（CPRP）的英文名称Chinese Peaceful Revolutionary Party (CPRP)写入了世界第一个宪法法院——奥地利VfGH宪法法院对我的支持判决中。我创建的中华和平革命党（CPRP）Chinese Peaceful Revolutionary Party (CPRP)很可能是第一个将党组织名称写入西方宪法法院文书的中国的反对党和中国的革命党。

The Austrian Constitutional Court (VfGH) accepted my appeal against the
Austrian Administrative Court's (BVwG) deportation decision and granted me
legal aid. This led to my release by Austrian police within the final three
hours of my scheduled deportation (around 10:00 AM on April 17, 2024). It was
not until September 26, 2024, that I received the Austrian Constitutional
Court's (VfGH) ruling dated September 16, 2024, upholding my case. This ruling
by the Austrian Constitutional Court (VfGH) overturned the erroneous decision
of the Austrian Administrative Court (BVwG) in its entirety.
17. On
February 28, 2025, I received the Austrian BVwG court's ruling confirming my
refugee status.
18. With
diagnoses and support from psychotherapists, clinical psychologists,
psychiatrists, and relevant specialists, I began HRT estrogen therapy covered
by Austrian health insurance in March 2025. That same month, I legally
transitioned to female status in Austria without undergoing gender confirmation
surgery.
19. In
early 2025, I proposed the concept of the Chinese Transgender Women's Ethnic
Group. This marked the world's first attempt to collectively ethnicize Chinese
transgender women and the inaugural process of ethnic recognition within the
global transgender and sexual minority (LGBTQI+) communities. On September 7,
2025, I further developed these concepts into the 57th ethnic group of the
Chinese nation—The Chinese Transgender Female Ethnic Group—and the 58th ethnic
group—The Chinese Futanari Female Ethnic Group. I demanded that the Central of
the Chinese National Liberation Revolutionary Base (CCNLR) investigate, grant,
recognize, and officially designate the existence, rights, and distinct ethnic
identity of these two groups. Additionally, I advocated for implementing a
policy within China allowing gender change without requiring surgical
procedures.
20. My name and the English name of the
Chinese Peaceful Revolutionary Party (CPRP) were recorded in the supportive
ruling issued by the world's first constitutional court—the Austrian Federal
Constitutional Court (VfGH)—in its judgment concerning my case. The English
name of the Chinese Peaceful Revolutionary Party (CPRP), which I founded, is
likely the first Chinese opposition party and revolutionary party to have its
organizational name recorded in the documents of a Western constitutional
court.

Revolutionary Party (CPRP) were featured in Die Presse's reporting.

Austrian BVwG court ruled that I am a Chinese LGBTQI+ rights activist. This
marks the first time a Chinese national has been legally recognized as such.

I, Gao Yi, am the first futanari woman in Chinese history.
25.March 18, 2024， I was photographed, monitored, and
targeted by Ji Xinqi, the highest-ranking Chinese military officer in Austria,
while protesting at the Chinese Embassy in Vienna. Key details regarding this
incident have been incorporated into the supportive ruling issued by Austria's
Constitutional Court (VfGH) in my case.
26. Since approximately 2022, our Party has engaged in over three years of struggle against the CCP
Central Propaganda
Department.
27. Moreover, our struggle against the
Chinese Communist Party will continue.
