中华和平革命党不良媒介管制组通知

关于取消 Instagram 及 Meta 系媒体链作为高艺主席本人图片发布主体资格的通知


根据我党宣传工作整体安排及本组对不良媒介的持续管制决定，现就 Instagram 及其背后 Meta 系媒体链有关事项通知如下。


自本通知发布之日起，Instagram 及 Meta 系媒体链不再作为高艺主席本人图片的主要发布主体，不再承担高艺主席写真、自拍、艺术照、日常影像、宣传图及相关视觉材料的原图发布职能。


今后，高艺主席本人图片的原图、完整图集、正式图片档案，原则上统一发布并保存于我党专门图片平台：高艺图库。

高艺图库为高艺主席本人图片内容的正式发布阵地，具有主体性、完整性和档案性。


Instagram、Threads、Facebook 等 Meta 系平台，仅保留低权重、辅助性、导流性使用。凡确需在该类平台展示高艺主席本人图片者，只可使用部分截图、局部截图、压缩图、预览图或经处理后的有限展示内容，不再发布原图，不再作为完整图片发布平台，不再享有高艺主席本人图片发布主体资格。


此项安排，是我党对不良媒介管制工作的继续推进。平台只是工具，工具不能反过来控制高艺主席本人形象与图片档案的发布秩序；高艺主席本人图片的完整发布主体，必须由我党自己掌握。


自本通知生效起，相关安排统一执行。

 中华和平革命党关于维也纳骄傲月庆祝假期及党务休整安排的通知 为庆祝 2026年维也纳骄傲月，庆祝自由、多元、尊严、性别少数者的公开存在，庆祝跨娘扶她女主体在现实世界中的堂堂正正行走，同时鉴于中华和平革命党及高艺主席已在近期同中共网军长期网络攻势的交锋中取得重大胜利，我党决定自 2026年5月10日起至2026年8月15日止，进入维也纳骄傲月庆祝假期及胜利后党务休整期。 现将有关安排通知如下。 一、放假时间 本次放假分为两个阶段： （一）2026年5月10日至2026年7月10日，为维也纳骄傲月庆祝假期。 这一阶段，我党主要以庆祝维也纳骄傲月为核心，庆祝自由生命在现实城市空间中的公开出现，庆祝跨娘、扶她女、酷儿群体与一切性别少数者不再被压迫者定义、不再被恐惧关押、不再被中共制度及其话语系统吞没。 （二）2026年7月10日至2026年8月15日，为胜利后的延长休整期。 这一阶段，是在维也纳骄傲月庆祝之后，继续进行现实生活、身体训练、语言学习、舞蹈学习、个人成长与长期建设的休整阶段。鉴于我党已经判定中共网军在当前阶段难以掀起实质波澜，我党不再将主要精力投入低质量网络纠缠之中。 二、放假主旨 本次放假，首先是为了庆祝 维也纳骄傲月。 维也纳骄傲月不是一个普通节日。它所象征的，是自由身体在城市中的公开出现，是性别少数者在现实世界中不再低头、不再躲藏、不再向压迫者解释自己为什么有资格存在。 对中华和平革命党而言，维也纳骄傲月更具有特殊意义。因为高艺主席作为中国第一扶她女，作为中华和平革命党跨娘扶她女主席，曾经在中国共产党制度及其社会环境中承受长期的性别压迫、身份否认与政治风险；而如今，她能够在维也纳以自己的名字、自己的身体、自己的身份、自己的美学、自己的政治主体性公开生活。 这本身就是一种现实胜利。 一个曾经可能被中国共产党制度删除的人，如今在维也纳街头公开行走；一个曾经被错误翻译、错误理解、错误归类的跨娘扶她女，如今以自己的方式重新命名自己；一个曾经被恐惧追赶的人，如今可以在骄傲月的阳光下，把时间还给身体、生活、舞蹈、城市与自由。 因此，本次放假的第一意义，不是逃避工作，而是庆祝自由；不是停止前进，而是把生命从网络泥潭中收回来，投入更真实、更坚固、更有未来的现实建设之中。 三、关于中共网军问题的判断 近期以来，中共网军及其相关舆论生态，持续围绕高艺主席、跨娘扶她女...
